what are your biggest insights from the project so far?

  1. the insight that the future of our economy and economic viability in the airline industry can be acheived by catering to those people who actively care about their lifestyle (for us, this means the creative class).

  3. the "new renaissance" man needs intellectual stimulation. the world is a crazy place these days... people have way too many things to do, and not nearly enough time.

    free time constitutes finding something to fill the void: "if not busy, me feel guilty."

    these people definitely cherish relaxation time, but their definition of this time is much different than it used to be.

    the brain must be actively involved with task management and problem solving at all times.
